Board of Directors

The term of the current board of directors is from 107.11.30 to 110.11.30

According to the Articles of Association of the Company, the board of directors of the Company currently has five directors for a term of three years and is eligible for re-election. The chairman of the board of directors is elected by the directors. The chairman of the company represents the company externally and comprehensively handles all important matters of the company. The company also purchases liability insurance for all executive management.
